Dr. Tammy's Coaching Formats and Fees
The telephone and the Internet allow for flexibility in scheduling and format. All sessions with Dr. Tammy must be scheduled in advance and paid prior to, or at the time of appointment. New clients must pre-pay to confirm the first session. Day, evening and Saturday appointments are available. All sessions are one hour (60 minutes) in duration. Cash, personal checks, and credit card payments via PayPal® are accepted.
Pre-pay with PayPal®
You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal® links below. Do not pay until you have spoken with Dr. Tammy on the telephone and your appointment has been scheduled.
If you prefer to pay by check, Dr. Tammy will provide the mailing address for you to send payment once your session is scheduled. Your check must be received by Dr. Tammy prior to your session.
Fees

*During this time you and Dr. Tammy will briefly discuss your sexual issues or concerns and decide if the services she provides are right for you. If Dr. Tammy is unable to assist you, she’ll refer you to someone who can.
Dr Tammy offers internet sex coaching sessions utilizing one of the following chat platforms: Yahoo! Messenger, AOL Messenger, or Gmail Chat.
~E-mail Question and Answer Session* - $25.00 per question
answered up to one page in length.
* E-mail support for existing clients is FREE. Dr. Tammy will respond to brief check-in questions and updates by e-mail.
Currencies and Language
All sessions, regardless of format, are in English and all session fees are in US dollars.
Insurance
All sessions with Dr. Tammy Ward are private pay and Dr. Tammy does not bill insurance companies on behalf of clients.
Confidentiality
All sessions with Dr. Tammy Ward, including telephone or email contacts are confidential. All records, written information, and any electronic data are CONFIDENTIAL and the only person with access to this information is Dr. Tammy Ward. All computer files are password protected. However, the client is responsible for the confidentiality of emails and electronic information on the client’s computer.
Cancellation Policy
All scheduled sessions with Dr. Tammy Ward are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. The client understands and agrees that the full session fee will be charged unless 24 hour advance notice of cancellation is provided.
Dr. Tammy Ward is a sexologist who conducts personalized sex coaching and sexuality education for individuals and couples.
