Does working with a sexologist involve nudity or sex acts?
No, you will never be asked to disrobe or engage is sex acts or sexual touching of any kind. All interaction with Dr. Tammy in private sessions is done through verbal communication. Dr. Tammy does not practice sexological modalities that include touch. Dr. Tammy may give home-play assignments which involve sexual touching between you and your partner. Assignments such as these would then be reviewed during the next session with Dr. Tammy.

What is sex coaching?
Sex coaching is a unique approach to empowering individuals and couples to reach their sexual potential, achieve a better sex life, attain sexual fulfillment, or address specific sexual issues and concerns. The sex coaching model integrates many disciplines and includes experiential exercises. Dr. Tammy includes a holistic aspect which focuses on the mind, the body, and the spirit.

Sex coaching is designed around the specific needs of the client and is usually goal-oriented and short term in nature. In some cases, two to three sessions may be all that’s necessary. The needs of the client drive the process and the progress. Each client is unique, and the sex coaching sessions are tailored to the goals of the client. Sex coaching lends itself to flexibility and can be offered in a variety of formats - in person, telephone, Skype, or email. The primary objective of sex coaching is to empower the client!
